Lindsay's Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini



The usual recipe for this martini contains cake vodka and pineapple juice, but it isn't enough for me. My mom's homemade pineapple upside down cake always had this delicious crispy, sugary glaze after it cooled. Get the same flavor in your martini by choosing to use Smirnoff Iced Cake for the cake-flavored vodka, and add a splash of Rum Chata.



Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini

1 part pineapple juice
1 part Smirnoff Iced Cake vodka
Splash RumChata
Cherry

Mix liquid ingredients in a martini shaker. Put a cherry in the bottom of your martini glass, and pour in the liquid ingredients. Garnish with a pineapple slice, if you feel like being fancy.
